All purchases of our membership packages are non-refundable, except in cases where specific eligibility criteria (outlined below) are fully met. By purchasing a membership package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility for Refund Consideration

To be considered for a refund, members must meet the following conditions:

 

A. Compliance with Participation Requirements

  • Members must actively engage with all provided content and recommendations included in their membership package.

  • Refund requests will only be reviewed if the member has fully adhered to all aspects of their package for the required timeframe.

B. Package-Specific Conditions

1-Month Packages:

  • To qualify for a refund, members must maintain active until the time of expiration.

6-Month, Yearly, and Lifetime Packages:

  • Similarly, members with these packages must actively engage for at least 90 consecutive days to be considered for a refund.

3. No Exceptions Policy

Refunds will not be granted if a member fails to meet the participation requirements or the minimum 90-day engagement period. This policy applies to all members without exception.

4. Refund Request Process

If you have met all refund eligibility criteria, you may submit a formal request by contacting us at legal@locked-in.vip.

To ensure fair processing, refund requests must include:

  • Proof of consistent engagement with package content

  • Confirmation of compliance with participation requirements

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days following verification.
